  Young blonde with glasses and lopped hair cut!!! I was there over the weekend just last week, visiting the store for the first time and I was very pleased with how everyone was treating me. Very helpful staff. I had heard a lot of things about the rabbits back in the Animal Health department and upon going back there to that area I was taken aback by a truly caring employee. She was polite, and seemed to really care about each employee she encountered before she made her way over to me and asked if I needed any help searching for anything I needed. I asked her if there would be anymore rabbits in soon, and she told me she wasn't sure but she offered to take down my information to give me a call when they got some in. I kindly declined and just said I'd be back in some other day, and then I inquired about some of the dog food they had in the store. Again, taken aback by the knowledge she had about the different brands of dog food, we even had a small, very informative chat about the rabbits again. Truly impressed with this employee. Total sweet heart, even if she is a little soft spoken, she seemed confident and very polite! Really knew her stuff. As I thanked her for her amazing service she promptly wished me a good day and thanked me for my visit to the Swansea Rural King. I will definitely be back!!! Love this place! 5 stars!

  I do not see a negative 5 star rating because if there was one, that's what I would give the gun department. For 2 days in a row, I was refused service by the armed salesman. He readily waited on customers behind me. I was clearly next but he waited on all the White people, never asked me if I needed help. I complained to the manager, he tried to make things right, but he never addressed the issue or the salesman. I may be Black but my money is green. That salesman was so rude. I was regular customer at the Swansea store, but not anymore. The gun department is prejudiced, Blacks beware, he is openly armed, and you are not welcome.
