  Word to the wise...DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIR...TRUST ME. UNLESS YOU WANT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. THEY ARE THAT BAD. CALL MEYER REPAIR FROM FAIRVIEW OR ANOTHER COMPANY. BUT DO NOT CALL EAST SIDE!!!!

  Actually ZERO stars for my rating. I wish someone would've told me to NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was promised a cheap and inexpensive repair and was charged $425 for temperature fluctuations and ice cubes sticking together. I could have bought a new freezer for that price. I have not had a single phone call returned from the owner who was also the tech on the job! I have called three times and was told the owner has not been in the building at the same time as the girl answering the phone....for two weeks now. I have NO idea how this company is still in business and have filed a complaint with the BBB. The receipt has the service call amount scratched out and changed for an increased amount. And the list goes on.....CONSUMER BEWARE!! What a rip off, scam, unethical business practice!
